Banbury

COX, NEAL/E, PAIN

I have decided to use Banbury as an umbrella under which to place my COX family who lived for a time at Great Bourton and Neithrop, and the NEAL family into which they married who were based at Grimsbury.  This village was part of Northamptonshire at the time, but belonged to the parish of Banbury, which is where records of baptisms, marriages and burials appear.
