Appears in the 1841 census in Finstock, OXF aged 81 with Dinah Debank aged 77 (should be Jane?) and Elizabeth Debank aged 9. An Elizabeth Rowls Debank from Finstock is baptised in charlbury, OXF 19 Apr 1835, illegitimate daughter of Mary (John's daughter below?).

Assignment (16 March 1810) by Matthew Wilkins of Aldsworth, carpenter, and Edward Debank of the same, labourer and Susannah his wife (the only child of Mary Wilkins, late wife of Matthew), to William Palfrey of Aldsworth, yeoman, of the cottage (now divided into 2), and land, for the residue of a term of 999 years; consideration of £100.
From the Quarter Sessions Rolls 21 Oct 1814 Wm KILBY of Ramsden, lab, £20; Wm HUTT of Finstock, lab, £20 to prosecute Ed DEBANK for a felony. Jno COBB. 24. Jury present Ed DEBANK of Ramsden lab 20 Oct stole an oak tree value 10 shillings of W.K. wit Wm HUTT guilty.
Unable to locate him in 1841 census, in 1851 he is in Chipping Norton Union Workhouse.
